Hot Oil High Temperature Control Unit

Applications:
Hot oil high temperature control unit is mainly used to heat molds and keep the temperature of the molds. It can be applied to control the temperatures in many occasions such as temperature of the mold, temperature of pressure casting, temperature of extrusion molding, and temperature of plastics rubber machines and so on. The highest temperature can be 350℃

Configurations:
1. Temperature controller: Hot oil high temperature control unit adopts double digit touch screen digital display. Its automatic heating and cooling function can help control the temperature accurately at ±1℃/±0.1℃.

2. Hot oil cycling pump: high temperature control unit uses the same pumps with the imported plastic mold temperature unit. The pump has many features such as high pump head, large flow, little temperature difference and high temperature resistance.

3. Heating wire: Full control 316# fuses can quickly heat up and remain the temperature better.

4. Electromechanical material: The plastic mold temperature control unit adopts some imported electrical equipment such as Schneider so it have stable performance and longer life.

5. Circuit design: It has safety interlock circuits and can display the practical faults in order to keep the steady operation of the temperature control unit.

6. Shape design: This plastic mold temperature controller is separated from the water vapor, oil gas, heat. This design can prolong the life time of the machines.

7. Pipe design: This equipment uses 304#stainless steel seamless tubes. The loops' integrated welding design can reduce the resistance and rust.

8. Customers can select the nonstandard function according to their demands.
