Hopper Plastic Grinder Machine

Application

Features of structures
1. Hopper plastic grinder uses its own loading hopper to load the crushed materials.

2. The loading hopper is made of stainless steel which has a good rust resistance and it is convenient to be cleaned.

3. The material of the blades is SKD-11, making sure that the material will not stick to the blades.

4. It is convenient to disassemble this plastic processing equipment, and change the colors or raw materials and clean the devices.

5．Hopper plastic grinder is suitable for narrow space because of its tiny volume and weight.

6. It is convenient to be removed with the wheels in the bottom of the equipment.

Features of performance
Hopper plastic grinder can cooperate with the manipulators, so it can effectively control the material not to be stuck or thrown away.

The speed of the plastic shredding machine is 350r/min. So it can make lower noise with the slower speed.

This plastic grinder is equipped with protection systems like motor overload protection system, power interlock protection system, security switches and so on. It also has alarm systems. All of these systems make it safer to operate the equipment.

Customers can order nonstandard equipment. For instance, the feeding inlet can be equipped with slides, hopers and super magnet.

1. Electromechanical part: Dongguan Motor (YE3 the secondary energy consumption), Schneider and Zhengtai Electic (Devices of assigned brands can be installed).

2. Different materials of the cutters should be selected according to different materials which will be crushed: SKD-11, Cr12MoV.

3. The materials of the screen mesh: high quality carbon steel plates whose thickness is 5mm (aperture Ø4-12mm). Stainless steel screen can also be selected.
