Applications:
Industrial plastic dehumidifier is mainly applied to the dehumidification of the plastic raw materials. It needs to be cooperated with the hot air dryer. It can produce dry air and reduce the water content of the plastic particles to 0.2% together with the hot air dryer.
Features:
1. Industrial plastic dehumidifier can improve the influence of the plastic raw materials' moving, separating and spreading problems caused by the desiccants.
2. The runners are made of inorganic ceramic fiber so they can be washed by water and have good acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. They can also work with 1000 degree's temperature.
3. The plastic dehumidifier can prevent the shortcomings which both the molecular sieve barrel dehumidifiers and turntable dehumidifiers own. The particles will enter the dry barrel with the dry air if the turntable is broken, but it will not happen in the industrial plastic dehumidifier.
4. Industrial plastic dehumidifier is equipped with micro PID automatic computing controllers which can save energy.
5. Besides, we can provide special dehumidifiers if the raw materials are oily or pulverous.
